## EXPERIENCE

### [Lucid Software](https://lucid.co/)

**Sr Product Manager, Internal Systems** | **Mar 2025 – Present**

#### Billing platform launch (Nexus)

* Led the end-to-end launch of Nexus, Lucid's internal billing platform replacing third-party vendor Recurly, cutting median RevOps order fulfillment from 69 hours to under 1 minute and removing the dependency on a third-party billing vendor
* Owned PM responsibilities for three engineering teams concurrently through launch, directing ~20 engineers through post-launch stabilization with real-time triage and prioritization
* Ran a Go/No-Go launch rubric and scope-reduction sessions that got executive stakeholders and three engineering teams to agree on launch criteria and kept the project on its target timeline
* Resolved a critical launch blocker for 3,000 accounts missing address data by designing a default-zip-by-country script and securing tax-team approval, preventing a delayed migration and revenue loss
* Identified a Recurly API limitation in credit invoice generation and led engineering, finance, and operations to a fix before it hit production
* Built a Google Apps Script dashboard that tracked UAT progress across multiple business units, giving leadership real-time visibility into launch readiness
* Created a NotebookLM knowledge base that became Deal Desk's primary tool for resolving billing errors on their own, removing routine PM-mediated triage
* Earned Lucid's Quarterly Superstar Award (September 2025) for cross-functional leadership during the Nexus launch

#### Payments

* Took over the EBANX payment-orchestration launch in Brazil, Mexico, and Colombia, lifting collections 25% in Mexico and Colombia and adding ~$306K in incremental ARR (~$400K annualized)
* Enhanced dunning processes to recover $579K in directly attributed ARR and reduce involuntary churn
* Created the SKU Crew, a cross-functional process for new SKU creation that eliminated last-minute fire drills before pricing and packaging releases

#### AI strategy

* Lead Lucid's first AI enterprise search pilot, connecting an LLM to live billing data through an internal Billing Platform MCP with 15 Slack tools and lifting answer accuracy from 40% to 80% against a 53-question golden dataset
* Originated Lucid's internal AI agents initiative with a written proposal that secured executive sponsorship, a Google Cloud trial, and formal ownership of AI strategy for internal systems
* Moved the enterprise search architecture from Gemini Enterprise to Claude Enterprise after engineering found a native MCP gap, avoiding ~12 months of throwaway work and getting two engineering directors and the CFO behind the new direction
* Built a Claude Code PM workspace and scaled it through org-wide trainings, driving organic adoption across L&D, Product, and BizDev and becoming Lucid's reference architecture for PM AI methodology
* Took the PM Skills Library from prototype to production for 50+ PMs, adding checksum verification and a peer-review approval workflow, and launched it at the Product All Hands
* Built and packaged a Zoom auto-transcribe Mac app with a double-click installer so non-technical PMs, designers, and sales engineers could feed meeting context into their AI tools
* Originated the Lucid Learning AI Library, now live company-wide, by pitching it to L&D, designing a searchable catalog of prompts and examples, and proving value in Google Forms before custom tooling

#### Compliance, risk, and incident response

* Documented Lucid's end-to-end data anonymization process across 6+ teams for the first time, surfacing ~10 unknown compliance gaps and becoming legal's new source of truth
* Discovered a multi-year PII compliance gap in a Snowflake data map, filed a security report, and shipped a hash-to-user-ID lookup table that preserved analytics joins
* Delivered an engineering-ready account splitting PRD with prioritized MVP scope across 12+ system areas to meet a hard contractual deadline for Warner Bros Discovery
* Ran the war room for a customer account misconsolidation incident across security, billing, customer success, analytics, and engineering, steering the customer to an in-place fix over a much larger account move
* Reframed an analytics-blocking data problem from "change business processes" to "make Nexus data consumable," unblocking analytics' move to Nexus as the source of truth for monthly close

#### Team leadership

* Onboarded and mentored an associate PM with no prior software experience until her engineering team relied on her for decisions instead of escalating to me
* Built a hypothesis-driven experimentation template that the Group PM adopted as a PM-org standard
* Designed and delivered a PM training on tailoring communication to executives, engineers, and customers
* Facilitated three Project Keystone retrospectives and synthesized the findings for the executive steering committee
